Hey Impact Family and Friends,

I want to speak directly to the adults in Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Weston, Wayland, and the surrounding MetroWest communities who are looking for something different.

Not another random gym.

Not another workout that beats you up.

Not another place where you feel lost, judged, overwhelmed, or unsure what your body can actually handle anymore.

Impact MetroWest was built for the person who says:

“My back has been bothering me.”
“My knees don’t feel the same.”
“My shoulders and neck are always tight.”
“I know I need to get stronger, but I don’t want to get hurt.”
“I’m over 40, busy, tired, and I need real coaching — not chaos.”

That is exactly why we do what we do.

At Impact, we believe strength training should help you live better. It should help you move with more confidence, more control, and more freedom. It should help you pick up your kids or grandkids, hike, run, ski, golf, garden, travel, work, and live without feeling like your body is slowly betraying you.

And our members are saying it better than we ever could.

One member came to Impact after trying everything for lower back pain — physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, massage, acupuncture — and still not feeling the way she wanted. She wanted to feel strong, toned, pain-free, and confident. Through coaching, accountability, and a smarter plan, she said her body feels better than it has in years, her confidence is through the roof, and she feels stronger than ever.

That is Stronger After 40.

Another member talked about how our coaches understand the musculoskeletal system and make the right adjustments for those lingering injuries so many of us carry. She said the coaches correct, adjust, and give feedback so you feel safe getting stronger instead of making imbalances worse. That matters. Because after 40, it is not just about doing more. It is about doing it better.

That is the Impact difference.

Another member moved to Framingham and was nervous about restarting his fitness journey. He had experienced large group classes before where he felt behind, out of place, or worried about getting hurt. At Impact, he found something different: coaches who met him where he was, helped him progress at the right pace, and made him feel supported, safe, and excited to show up. He said he had never been this consistent before.

That one fires me up.

Because consistency is not built through shame. It is built through belief, clarity, community, and coaching that actually gives a damn.

Another member said that when he hit his 40s, he started struggling to play recreational soccer without injuries and weird pains. Since joining Impact, chronic pains have gone away, and he feels more stable and flexible than ever. What was missing was not another machine. It was strength, balance, coordinated movement, and coaches watching the details.

That is the Jordan Shallow lens we believe in: the body is not broken. Most of the time, it is using a strategy that no longer works. The rib cage, pelvis, feet, hips, shoulders, and spine all have a job. When those pieces stack, breathe, rotate, stabilize, and produce force better, the whole system changes.

And one of our longtime members said she is stronger at 58 than she was in her 20s. She talked about the community, the coaching, the personal attention, and how the coaches know each person, their goals, and when to challenge or modify.

That is the heart of Impact.

We are not here to crush people.

We are here to coach people.

We are here to help adults over 40 build strength, muscle, confidence, energy, and a body that can handle life.

Yes, we want you to look better.

But even more than that, we want you to feel capable again.

We want you walking out of Impact saying:

“I feel stable.”
“I feel strong.”
“I feel proud.”
“I feel like myself again.”
“I didn’t think I could do this, but I can.”

That is why Impact exists.

So if you live in Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Weston, Wayland, or anywhere in MetroWest and you’ve been waiting to start because you’re nervous, achy, out of shape, intimidated, or unsure where to begin — this is your sign.

You do not need to be in shape to start.

You need a plan.

You need coaching.

You need a community that sees you, supports you, and helps you stack wins one session at a time.

Come in for an assessment. Let us look at how you move. Let us hear your story. Let us help you build a roadmap.

Because strong after 40 is not a slogan.

It is a standard.

And if your body has been asking for help, it is time to listen.

LFG,

Coach Peter
