Health and wellness aren’t just things I do — they are foundational to who I am. I’m honored to coach at IMPACT and serve a community that values strength, resilience, and long-term health.
Fitness became part of my life at 15 years old. At that time, I was overweight, unhappy, and determined to take control of my future. Over the course of one summer, I committed to strength training and transformed my body. That experience didn’t just change my body; it reshaped my confidence, discipline, and direction in life.
Since then, I’ve committed myself to lifelong strength development. My training philosophy blends functional strength work with a background in yoga, allowing me to emphasize mobility, stability, and intelligent movement patterns – not just intensity.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and proud to be coaching right next to my hometown of Ashland. Being part of IMPACT feels like coming home in more ways than I can count, and I’m grateful every day to help others build the strength and confidence that changes lives!
