WHAT IF I AM NOT IN GOOD ENOUGH SHAPE TO PARTICIPATE?

Your coach is a seasoned fitness expert trained to accommodate all skill levels. Everyone can achieve success, as modifications are provided during the class to ensure that each participant can see physical improvements. We’re committed to making sure everyone progresses and experiences success in their fitness journey.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF I DO THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT THE MEAL PLAN?

You’ll become stronger, leaner, and more toned, though it’s important to have realistic expectations about drastic changes in body composition. You can look forward to benefits like improved resting and active heart rates, better blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar control. To truly achieve a fit and healthy physique, adhering to the recommended eating plan will yield the most substantial results.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT?

We will begin our process by going through the foundations of fitness. Setting goals, breaking down ailments and restrictions, and going through the essential components (food, drink, sleep, and overall best practices). Next, we will develop a road map to get you from where you are at, to where you want to go. Before your first workout, you will be put through a movement screen(determine weak links and injury risk factors), objective info (weight, bf%, and measurements), and finally will send you an email with all the essential info that you will need to get dialed in for MO-results. 

WHAT IF I AM ON MONTHLY BILLING AND I AM GOING ON VACATION

The program is set up to complete 12 monthly sessions beginning on the first Monday of the Month until 12 sessions are complete. If you have a special situation that does not permit you to attend all 12 sessions, please speak to your coach privately.

IF I AM SIGNED UP FOR A CERTAIN CLASS TIME AND LOCATION, BUT ANOTHER IS OFFERED BY THE SAME COACH, CAN I SHOW UP AT ANOTHER CLASS?

You are expected to attend the class you registered for. If you need to switch to another time and or location, please get pre-approval from your coach prior to the session.

WHAT IF I AM DOING OTHER FITNESS ACTIVITIES?

The IMPACT program is a 3 to 4 days a week, 60-minute workout that is high-intensity. If you are already athletic, you may be able also to do this in conjunction with other activities. If you are already conditioned at your other activities (for example, running or yoga), you can likely continue them on alternating days, however, you should be wise to incorporate adequate rest so that you get the most out of your workouts and your body has time to repair.
