Hey Impact Family and Friends,

I’ve been thinking a lot about Coach Tiff’s group nutrition cohort lately—the way they’re locking in small, consistent habits and seeing big results. It’s inspiring. And it got me fired up to write about something that holds so many people back…Overcomplication.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried to do all the things at once when it comes to your health. 🙋‍♂️

  • Track every macro, every meal, every gram of protein.
  • Follow a workout split so precise it requires a spreadsheet and an algorithm.
  • Jump on the latest diet trend because maybe this one will finally be the answer.

Yeah. Been there, done that.

But here’s the truth—you don’t need to do all of that to get results. In fact, doing too much at once usually leads to burnout, inconsistency, and frustration.

Simplicity = Consistency = Results

The people who actually succeed long-term? They don’t obsess over perfection. They master the basics and do them repeatedly.

Here’s what that looks like for me:

Instead of a complicated meal plan, I stick to 5 core meals that fuel me and fit my lifestyle. No stressing over 15-ingredient recipes or counting every last calorie. Just real food, consistently.
Instead of forcing myself into an impossible training schedule, I focus on 3-4 quality workouts per week. Some days are heavy, some days are quick, but I always show up.
Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, I choose 1 thing to improve at a time. This keeps me progressing instead of overwhelmed.

And guess what? It works. No magic. No gimmicks. No unnecessary stress. Just repeating simple, effective habits over and over again until they become part of who you are.

Your Challenge This Week

Take a look at your own routine. What’s something you’re making way harder than it needs to be?

  • Meal planning? Pick 3-5 go-to meals and rotate them.
  • Workouts? Stick to a plan that fits your life, not one that sounds good on paper but never actually happens.
  • Sleep? Set a bedtime and actually honor it.

Then—simplify it.

Final Thought

If you’re tired of trying to do it all and want a simpler way to actually stay consistent and see results, let’s make it happen.

Let’s keep stacking those wins. LFG.

Committed to your success,
Coach Peter
