As a coach, I am constantly working on means and methods to motivate our Impact players to take massive ACTION on strategies that I devise! Whether it be losing fat, building muscle, sports performance, or simply not hurting any more. Principles are the same, it’s the methods that change. Some clients are successful right from the get go and others…..it’s a work in progress. Either way, it’s the challenge that motivates ME everyday to bring my Best!
I say it all the time and it’s TRUE! There is no doubt that I know EXACTLY what it takes to GET EVERYBODY lose fat, build muscle, and feel amazing. The problem is deciding isn’t acting.BEHAVIORAL MODIFICATIONS are the key to sustainable success!
Most people think consistently eating well and exercising is very difficult. But it is no harder to buy the right food and eat it than it is to buy the wrong food and eat it. The problem is that most people have developed these strong cables of behaviors, which over time, become more and more difficult to quit. Hence why as a coach, it’s continuing to develop strategies that are simple, yet so profound that ACTION is consistently taken. Action immediate, action is critical!
To put it simply, successful people have habits that unsuccessful people do not. Whether it be within business, sports, relationships, and/or fitness. Every change starts as being uncomfortable, but if you do it constantly! It becomes comfortable. Within most people’s Health and Fitness, if bad habits don’t improve, serious consequences loom ahead. The GREAT news is that Coach Peter has the game plan that ensures VICTORY! You just need to want it as bad as you want to breathe…..or as bad as you want to sneeze. Something like that! lol

Positive habits can be introduced as easily as negative ones. The key is consistent repetition. All too often, people back out on their promises to change their behaviors too soon before a new habit can be developed. I see it all the time where a client will go a week of eating pretty good and they expect massive results. Again, it all goes back to coaching the process, developing continuous purpose, and then GREATNESS follows. Developing a new habit takes anywhere from 3 to 13 weeks. So if you can stay consistent at a positive habit for about 21 to 91 days, you can make that habit your LIFE!
Here is your Mission, your current habits are delivering your current lifestyle. Take an inventory of bad habits that are holding you back from your burning desire…. or simply delaying the process of losing that stomach that is DISTURBING and unhealthy! For instance, if you want a strong fit look that demands respect, you need to eat right and workout consistently. Build up massive momentum and YOU WILL achieve it. Keep talking about getting FIT and…..it will not become a reality.
REMEMBER, we are talking about your LIFE here. Because of what I know as a fitness coach, not taking care of you is serious shit. I see how dysfunctional people are within movements, I hear all the emotional stories of how clients won’t even take pictures with their family because they are embarrassed with themselves. BUT, I also see and hear the life changing celebrations, milestones, and achievements when clients put in the effort. Now that’s IMPACTFUL!
Martin Rooney(Coach) developed this one habit that has helped me with my endeavors. Recite this phrase to yourself everyday 3x when you wake up and 3x before bed. Develop this habit and I guarantee you will be a step closer to the lifestyle that you always dreamed of living.
