Hey Impact Family and friends,

First things first… Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from my heart to yours.

I hope over the next few days you slow down just enough to actually feel what’s happening around you:

  • Be in the moment.
  • Keep that gratitude game on point.
  • Chop it up with the people you love.
  • Reflect on the wins, the losses, and the “ahhhh-haaaa” moments that made you who you are right now.

Because here’s the truth…
You’re not the same human you were in January. You’ve taken punches, you’ve thrown some, and you’re still here—showing up, training, learning, growing. That’s BIG TIME.

Wins, Losses, and A-Ha’s: The Real Scoreboard

This time of year, everyone wants to talk resolutions and “new year, new me.” Cute.

Impact style? We go deeper.

Wins – Where did you show up when you didn’t feel like it?
The days you trained tired but still gave what you had. The meals you planned instead of winging it. The moments you chose water, sleep, or strength over stress and chaos.

Losses – Where did you fall short?
Missed workouts. Food choices you weren’t proud of. Times you let work, stress, or life run you. Not failure—just feedback.

A-Ha Moments – What did life teach you this year?
That your body keeps score.
That strength training isn’t optional after 40.
That you feel better when you move, eat real food, sleep, hydrate, and surround yourself with the right people.

Write them down. Own them. Learn from them. That’s Impact.

This Week: Be Where Your Feet Are

Over the holidays:

  • Be present at the table, not just scrolling on your phone.
  • Laugh too loud. Hug your people.
  • Taste the food, enjoy it, and then move your body because you GET to—not because you “have to burn it off.”

You’re allowed to have joy and discipline at the same time.
You can drink some mellow yellow, eat dessert, and still keep your standards.

Don’t chase perfection. Chase intent.

Why 2026 Will Be the Best Year Ever (If You Let It Be)

Let’s be crystal clear: The job’s never done.
There’s always another layer to peel back, another weight to lift, another habit to refine.

Here’s why 2026 is going to be different—in the BEST way:

  • You know more now. About your body, your mind, your patterns. Awareness = power.
  • You’ve proven you can do hard things. Early mornings, tough sessions, stressful seasons—you’re still standing.
  • You’ve got a coaching crew in your corner. You’re not doing this alone. You’ve got Impact, you’ve got structure, you’ve got support.
  • You’re playing the long game. Athlete for Life, stronger after 40, not 6-week challenge nonsense.
  • You’ve earned the right to expect more of yourself. Not from guilt—but from belief. You’ve shown you can grow. Now we build on that.

2026 is the year we:

  • Tighten up the big rocks: strength, food, sleep, hydration, breath.
  • Train smarter with progressive overload, not random beatdowns.
  • Keep learning how to move better, so we can load heavier and live freer.
  • Stay accountable—not just to goals, but to the identity of the person you’re becoming.

Read This Part Twice(Coach Peter MOJO)

You deserve everything you’re willing to work your ass off for.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because life is fair.
But because you’ve decided that average is no longer acceptable.

Every rep, every breath, every better choice is a vote for your future self:

  • The parent who can chase their kids and grandkids.
  • The business pro who still has energy at 4:00 p.m.
  • The human who doesn’t live in constant pain, fatigue, and frustration.

That’s the game we’re playing at Impact.
Not just weight loss. Not just “getting in shape.”
We’re building resilient, powerful, purpose-driven humans for LIFE.

So as we roll through Christmas and into New Year’s:

  • Enjoy the hell out of your time with loved ones.
  • Move your body because you respect it.
  • Eat and drink like someone who cares about tomorrow, not just tonight.
  • Remember: we’re just getting started.

2026 is lining up to be the best year ever—if we choose to make it that.

From me to you:
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for being part of this crazy, awesome Impact family.

The job’s never done.
The best is yet to come.

LFG. 🔥
